Currently if I send out a Reminder email, these include the following text: Please do not reply to this mail. For support or questions, please email support@smartsheet.com.
What I dont want is if I send the email to an external customer, that they then click on the link and get routed through to Smartsheet, who - lets face it, won't have any sensible feedback for my customer...
How do we remove this?
I understand that Smartsheet legally needs to comply with some rules, but we should have more control in terms of what is shown. another example being.....
