Submit a 2nd form after the first have been submitted

Is there a way to submit a 2nd form after the first has been submitted without having to go back to where the form is located? So at the Thank you for submission screen have an option for "Do you wish to submit another request?"

Absolutely! You can find this setting in the form's settings, then under Form Submission.

Select "reload the same form for another entry," and you'll be good to go!

Yes, and my method below might be helpful.

I developed a solution using two forms (or the same form by using conditional logic) that can be used to submit the main information and then the other information on a new row for each submission after the first.
