Dynamic view and unlicensed users

We use dynamic view, and our customers have smartsheet accounts but still can't access dynamic view.

I allowed domains for outlook.live and yet customers using a hotmail and accessing dynamic view see a message saying: Dynamic View URL not found The view may have been deleted, or you no longer have access to the view.

Obviously is not true as their view is still there. What can i do to solve this?

You'll have to add all people or a specific business domain, like workbold.com

Hi and thank you both.

I did all that, and I also shared the view with a specific email address. It is not working. The customer can't see her project.

Am I the only one being increasingly frustrated with the problems dynamic view is creating for my team?
