Hello,

I have a huge problem with smartsheet public links. I just want to give public link VIEW ONLY to people so they can view it on mobile. Unfortunetely I cant do that. Cen you help me please. I dont want to download any apps just view it on mobile web browser. Can you please tell me how to do this simple action.

I've attached the issue. It is sales report with public link so that everyone (without smartsheet account) can see the results.

We also have a few published reports. I get a lot of complaints from people who try to view them on mobile devices. The error message says "try again later." Although not convenient, I tell them to view the reports from their computer.

I still have problems with mobile reports editing etc. Its extremely unprepared for mobile users.
