Is it possible to share a workspace with only one sheet that calls others outside the workspace?

Is it possible to share a workspace with team members that only has a master sheet in the workspace, but that master sheet calls individual sheets from outside of the workspace? Essentially, the master sheet houses all projects and provides a link to each individual project sheet but those sheets are not housed in the workspace itself.

Yes, as long as the sheets outside the Workspace are shared with the team members.
