Time tracking in Smartsheet

Hello everyone

I am working as a Smartsheet partner and when we recently noted that there are a lot of potential customers that are interested in a time tracking functionality.

Most of the time it is about the two following needs :

- Have the possibility for each resource to put their time by task or by project, and also by week or month

- Have the possibility for a project manager to view how much time each resource is working on tasks / projects using dashboards or reports

 

I was thinking about creating a specific time sheet for each resource and manually putting the tasks / projects name and the time in that sheet, but it seems very complex to implement and link with all the other elements (project sheets, reports, dashboards).

Do you have any examples of solutions or suggestions about managing time tracking in Smartsheet (without using 10,000ft) ?

Hope you are fine, i think the only solution to your question is by using Track Time in 10,000ft

Hi @Bassam Khalil , it seems though that you cannot track time at the task level in 10,000 ft. Do you recommend a solution for that?
