Delete user account

I followed the instructions to delete the user account, however my issue is that the user that I am trying to remove is not on the User Management screen. However the user is still showing on the "Workspace Shared To" list. How can I remove this user from Smartsheet all together?

Hi,

Click on the specific workspace tab

then on top right of screen --- click on Share

then you can click the "X" to remove them

Hello -

Is there a way to remove an Owner if no longer available? When I go to transfer ownership to me, the email associated with the Owner account is no longer available as well.

If not, is there any way to completely wipe Smartsheet account, and start from scratch?
