Form will not allow attachments, gives error message and will not allow to submit.

We have a form for our online job application. We have a file attachment field on the form for applicants to attach resume. When they try to attach it and click the button to submit the form, it gives them an error message. It won't allow submission unless the attachment is removed. If it is removed, it will allow the form to be submitted. I'm very new to Smartsheets and the person who developed this form is no longer with our company. We have a new job opening that will require an attached resume so I need this error resolved ASAP. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
