QR Coding Tied to Forms

Hello,

I'm looking to develop a process for maintaining our mechanical equipment. Ideally a Technician could scan a QR code that would link them to a list of form links. (Each piece of equipment requires 3-5 types of maintenance, requiring 3-5 separate forms)

When Creating form links, can they be renamed?

Not sure I follow.

Do you want to show the form links in a sheet but with another name? If yes, then yes, that is possible.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
