Conditional Formatting

Hello, I am trying to get the calendar view of my sheet to reflect different colors for each audience in training classes. 2 rules are working but my last one is not.

The goal is to have classes that are all 3 audiences be light blue (default)

Green classes are DBM audience

dark blue classes are NSS audience

Purple should be Assoc NSS classes, but no matter what order I put it in, there is no purple populating on my calendar. There are at least 10 classes that only have the Assoc NSS audience listed.

Any ideas why this is not working? Thanks!

Hi Elena,

Your first conditional formatting rule says "if audience does not contain NSS," so "Assoc NSS" would be eliminated by that rule. You may want to change it to "if audience does not contain DBM" and use the arrow button to add another condition, which would be "if audience contains 'Assoc NSS'". That should solve the problem.
