How do you track proof changes
Hi,
We use the proofing feature a lot. One thing I have found difficult is being able to check that all of the requested revisions were made. Currently, I flip between the old proof and the new proof to make sure each thing was addressed and that I am not missing any requested changes. However, that can be tedious if there were numerous change requests made. How do you keep track of edits? I think it would be helpful if there was a resolve comment button, so maybe the old proof is in one screen and the new proof can be in another and users can click resolve on each comment as they review the new proof. (Perhaps this is spiraling into a feature request more than "How do you handle this?")

I also flip back and forth in the way you're describing above; the idea of a "resolve" marker for each comment is very interesting! Please provide your feedback to our product team through this form, here, as I'm sure they'd like to hear from you about this.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thank you!

Also, there is no trigger available that I am aware of to notify someone if any changes have been made to a proof. That would be a nice feature to have. You can use @mentions but it's just a little tedious that way in my opinion.
