Is there a way to recover a deleted user?

Someone was termed who shouldn't have been termed and their account was deleted. Is there a way to recover a list of all the smartsheets that were shared with her or recover the smartsheets shared to her? Her owned sheets are fine as they were transferred to me but she needs access to all of the sheets that were shared to her.
