Is there a way to have a report NOT include a comment or attachment if it is attached to a row in the source sheet? I want to create a report that customers can view via a weblink however I don't want them to have access to view the conversations or attachments on the source sheet (I want them to "view Only" certain columns.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, you could use one of the below options.

• You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet it will reflect on the destination sheet, and use that to collect the data that you'd want to show in a report or in a sheet.

• Another solution that would be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View. More info:
