Any ideas on how to make update requests look better??
Community;
Any ideas or insight into how to make an update request look better? We are trying to use them as part of an (HR) performance review workflow. So, a staff person fills in a form with their info, a manager is sent an update request ... but the look and feel is not very nice.
Open to ideas ... on any step in the process ...

I pushed the 2,000 character limit in a message and embedded about two dozen headers and respective fields in the message (actually, I only got up to 1,048 characters)
(I used Excel to build those lines this time!)
The Alert is now "Message only" and the email does not have a sheet-link in it. Not quite as pretty, but less risk of a user clicking on a link, asking for access and so on and so on ...
Thanks for the earlier replies.
Cheers,

Hi @DMurphy ,
Limit the fields in the update request to those the manager needs to see. You can customize the message by placing fields in {{ }} in the subject or message body, below.

@Mark Cronk Thanks Mark, for the suggestions. I am doing those things already, but continue to hone the look.
The other thing my HR folks are a bit fussed by is the inclusion of a link to the source datasheet. It would be great if that could be removed.
Ideas on that?

Hi @DMurphy
I hope you're well and safe!
You can use the "Message only" option and then the link won't be included.
Would that work?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic day!
