Repeat requests to update smartsheet by refreshing
Hi All, Just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced this same problem. Since yesterday I am repeatedly (every 10 mins or so) receiving a pop up notification that Smartsheet needs to be updated. I click the refresh button, then a short while later, even when not leaving the file I had been been working on, I get the message again. I can't find an exact trigger but it doesnt always occur when opening a new file/ browser tab and it is the same in both Firefox and Chrome.
Would love to hear any suggestions on how I can get back to uninterrupted work :)

Yes - constantly today. It's driving me bonkers.
I have logged out and logged back in, and I have also cleared my cache, but it still keeps popping up.

It is super annoying, but reassuring to know I haven't accidently changed something on my laptop! I have logged the issue with Smartsheet support. Will post any remedies/responses here too.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but I have been having this issue for about a week.
The pop up continually appears, immediately after signing in. I hit 'Refresh' but it just comes back.
Any ideas?

I am also having this problem. What is the solution? I have tried refreshing multiple times as well as restarting my computer.

No, there currently is no known issue where a pop-up continually shows for users. If you're seeing this, please contact Support with a screen recording!
