Share a Smartsheet folder to auto update added sheets/reports on Sights
Hi,
Is there a way that I can share a folder with my team?
I want to add the folder on Sights so that when new sheets or reports get added in that folder that it is already accessible in that sights folder without me have to go and add it manually everytime?
Or any other suggestions on how new sheets/reports can be AUTOMATICALLY added on Sights dashboard?

You can create a shortcut widget in Sights. Choose 'Smartsheet Item' as what you are linking to, then point it to the folder you wish to create the shortcut to.

I tried that.
It says the person do not have access to the folder.
How do you share a folder?

My instructions are under the impression that the end-user here has access to the folder already.
Create a workspace and add any users you want to have access to this workspace. By default, any folders you add to the workspace will be accessible to anyone who has sharing permissions to the workspace.
