Multiple QRs - One Sheet

Say I have 10 components with the same inspection but I want one QR code for each component. So I will have 10 forms, each named after that component. Is there any formula that will allow me to delineate which Form the inspection came from?

You could use the URL-query feature to include a code or similar and hide the form.
