Why all of a sudden would my spreadsheet not reflect properly?

All my parent/child relationships are not showing - rows of information are blank. However when I export the file, the information is all there? example - parent row 10 displayed but not as a parent and child rows 11, 12, 13 are not showing - appear hidden but can't be unhidden??

How do I fix/repair this easily.

Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])

As you prepare a screenshot for Andrée, please check that you or another user hasn't saved the sheet with a filter on. You'll see this in your smartsheet menu ribbon, towards the left. It may just say FILTER if no filters have ever been created for your sheet.
