Best practices for sharing forms

What are your organization's best practices for sharing forms? I understand that you can create a link to a form. How have people generally shared that link? I hate to put it in an email where it might be discarded or lost. It would be nice to be able to post it on a collaboration site, but you can't always directly add links (for example, Google docs doesn't allow you to add links directly. You have to embed them in a document.)


How has your organization used links to make forms available to everyone who needs to access them?

    In my client solutions, I usually,

    • Add it to a Dashboard/Portal
    • Add it to a reference sheet where all useful links are collected
    • Shortcuts on their smartphones or desktop computers.

    Would any of those options work/help?
