Using Tables of information in Drop Down Questions in Forms
I want to collect information from all physicians in our hospital. One of the drop down questions on the Form is Describe your role? It is not a freeform question. I want their drop-down choices to be the type of doctor they are, e.g. Pediatric Hospitalist; Heart Specialist: Heart Surgeon, etc., but there will be many choices, and when they hover over a choice - a one paragraph description appears - since many roles vary slightly and they can hover over different choices to find the description that fits their role best.
Can anyone help with how to do that? (or if it can be done)

I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it's not possible now to show any more information except the selection, but it's an excellent idea!

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds
- You could use the Form Logic feature so when they select a role, it shows a description of that role.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
