View form submissions in form format rather than sheet

Hello, I have an active form. The field descriptions built into the form are much more detailed than what can fit in the column titles due to character limits. Is there the functionality to view form submissions in the form format (rather than in the sheet)? In this case, requests go to a committee for review, so reviewing in a format with a flow closer to a word doc rather than scrolling horizontally in a sheet is the preferred, and if in the form format, all field descriptions would be visible rather than short hand column titles.

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Have you explored the Document Builder?
• Print each row and save as a pdf (looks similar to the form)

Good answers to choose Print for a row in a sheet to get the 'form' view. As an additional question, many of my columns are optional based on previous questions/logic, so many columns will be blank. Is there a way to get the Print view to only show the columns/fields that have data in them?
