Automated Workflow fields - can they be duplicated?

Hello knowledgeable ones,

I have multiple workflows for approval/assigning within one sheet. In each of these workflows we want to send certain fields via the email. Do I need to select each of these fields for each (30!!) of the individual workflows? I cannot see how to copy and paste the relevant fields.

I am assigning about 40 fields to each of 35 workflows.

Unfortunately, yes, you have to add them to each or start with a template workflow and then make copies of it if that makes it simpler.

Great idea! That would be a great addition to Smartsheet features.
