Conditional Formatting Using AND
Hi
I want to apply conditional formatting to grey a row out where someone is one of the family leave options e.g. Maternity Leave and the date is in the future (as if the date is in the past I don't want it to show as greyed out).
I have added the following conditional formatting but, as you will see from the screen shot the row has not turned grey despite the criteria being met. Any ideas?
Many thanks
Cheryl

Try moving that particular row up in the list. Conditional formatting will start at the top and work its way down, stopping on the first rule that is true.

My apologies. I meant the rule itself within the conditional formatting tool. Not the row within the sheet.
Try reordering the rules.

Unfortunately, this has not solved it.
Any other ideas?
This is one of my bug bares with Smartsheet that the simplest of things turns into a very time consuming exercise! 😔

I hope you're well and safe!
Strange!
It looks correct!
I'd be happy to take a quick look.
Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s)? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

That is strange for sure.
At this point I would suggest taking @Andrée Starå up on his offer to take a look at it within Smartsheet. I have a couple of other ideas, but being able to have someone take a look directly should be a bit quicker than trying to go back and forth here in the forum.

We found the issue. The date isn't coming in as a date from a cross-sheet formula.

@Andrée Starå That was going to be my next suggestion, but I figured you would check that. Glad you were able to get it figured out.
