Published Item Report

Hi all,

Under user management I see the possbility to download a Published Item Report (see attachment). This looks an interesting report to me but when `I download it, it turns out to be empty.

This surprises me because I administer a very active and relatively big Smartsheet implementation.

Does anyone know why this report is empty and how I can get it filled with information from the system?

Suggest you email support@smartsheet.com directly. Must be something strange in your account set up which they can resolve?

Hi Victor,

I've just tried it and all the sheets/reports we've published are showing up in the download. I wonder if your org, even though it has an active Smartsheet implementation, just hasn't actually "published" any sheets or reports to the web, which requires clicking the "Publish" tab on the bottom right corner of a sheet or report and then selecting the criteria in the screenshot below.

I also find it odd, but do you know what should be in the report? I can't find anything in the help files.

Thank you for your reply.

So you are saying that that the report only summarises the reports that have been made available through the publish function. If that is true, then I understand why my report is empty because we do not share through the publish function.

I do find it strange that I cannot find any explanation in the help files.
