Showing user in sheet

Hallo,

when I work in a sheet I sometimes see other users shown by their abbreviation

Since I want users only to work in their report I want to know if the indication of the abbreviation means that they are really in the sheet in this moment or is it also possible that they work in the report ??

Active faces will show when the contact is looking at that specific sheet or item. If the user is looking at a Report which is sourced from this sheet, the active face will show up only on that Report (and it won't show on the source sheet).
