Date Automation is not working

I've got an automation set up in a way that if a row is added, the date gets captured. However, when adding data to a new row, this does not seem to work. I've even waited for 30 + mins since some discussions have mentioned a 'delay' in the automation working (however, I understand that this has now been resolved anyway).
Attaching a screenshot of the automation I've set up and any help would be appreciated.

Try changing your trigger to when a row is added or changed and then include when Client changes to any value.
