I need to manage project tasks to the minute?

I have a large plan of several hundred tasks that gets executed 3 times a year and involves 20+ resources. This plan spans a 3 day period and each task needs to be managed to the minute. Can this be accomplished in smartsheet?

The best that can be regularly done is hourly if you are wanting late notifications to be sent and conditional formatting. Other than that there is a way to set things up so that it evaluates the sheet every time an update is made anywhere on the sheet, but that still might not be every single minute.
