Unable to Down Part 2 of the Product Certification Exam
For some reason, I'm unable to download the Exam Folder to complete Part 2 of the exam - Feature Manipulation Exercise in Smartsheet. When I attempt to download I receive the following error message "Your account has reached the maximum number of sheets allowed for your edition." However, I have confirmed that I have not reached my limit. Can someone assist me in manually downloading the exam folder?

What plan are you on, and how many sheets do you have? Did you recently delete some to free up space?

You could also convert the sheets to templates temporarily. This will maintain your data and workflows and everything else without compromising anything, and templates do not count against your sheet limit.

I’m on an individual plan with 7 sheets. Yes, I did delete several sheets that were in my deleted folder. So I gave it a few days to clear but still no luck.

Hi @Staci Beane
The Exam Folder contains 5 Sheets, 1 Report, and 1 Dashboard.
Is it possible that even though your current number of sheets doesn't reach the limit, adding in 5 extra sheets would cause you to be over your plan's limit? (See: Smartsheet Features by Plan)
If this is the case, you could potentially delete a few of your current sheets so they move to the "Deleted Items" folder. They'll be kept there for 30 days, so once you're done the Exam you can delete the exam sheets and recover your current ones. (See: Delete a Sheet or Restore a Deleted Sheet)
You may want to export your current sheet content ahead of time, just in case (Export a Sheet or Report), or transfer ownership to another licensed user until you've completed the exam (Change Ownership of a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard).
Let me know if this has helped and you're able to continue with your certification!
Cheers,
Genevieve

Ah ok, this certainly explains why I’m unable to download. I have a 10 sheet max on the individual plan. I’ll see if I can move or transfer ownership temporarily. Thanks for the guidance. I’ll let you know if this works.
