Training costs should be included with your plan costs, so the location of receipts will depend on how you are paying for your plan. If you used a credit card to set up your account, you can view "Receipts & History" in your Account Admin (see here).
However if you are paying for your account through invoicing, this information should have been emailed to your account's Billing contact. You can contact the Billing & Finance department through this Customer Support Center if you're unable to find emailed statements.
