Lookup Functionality in Dashboard

Hi Experts,

I am having a set of data in excel built based on multiple weeks and would like to bring the week-based values in a Dashboard.

Likely I need to have a Dropdown value as Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, and Week 4. Selecting this Week should make the data display.

    Hi @Tamizamuthan Vedachalam

I hope you're well and safe!

I've developed a solution previously where my client selected an employee, and then all the data like metrics, reports, and charts would update, but it's a rather advanced solution.

How many sheets will the data be in?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic day!

  • Hi Andre,

Thanks for jumping in. Thanks much

I am having 3 entities and each entity will have 1 sheet and 1 sheet will have data for 4 weeks. In the Dashboard, I want to call 1 Chart to display the data by week.

When I select Week 1. I need to see the data for Week 1.

Can we build a Drop down box in Dashboard and based on the Drop down I select. The Week values need to reflect
