Gaining access to Smartsheet as unlicensed user

Hi,

I am a licensed user of Smartsheet. A collaborator (who does not have a license) is not able to access a workspace or sheet that I have shared with them. Other collaborators who also do not have a license are able to access the workspace/sheet.

Are there any reasons why this might occur?

    What happens when the user tries to access it?

    Can you see that it's shared with the user?

  • Thank you for your reply, Andrée. I am waiting to hear what the user sees when they try to access the link. But her email is in the collaborators list (using the share option) along with the other users who can access.

    Does a new user need to register an account with Smartsheet to access the sheet if it is the first time using? I wonder if that is the reason why she cannot view.
