Workflow triggers wrong notices
Hi, I have no idea why smartsheet workflow suddenly start working wrongly.
The workflow is to be triggered when a row is added or changed (this usually happens via form which gets submitted). The email address specified is to get a notice and details from selected smartsheet columns but approx one or two weeks ago, the notice is sent out also for some older rows where no change happens.
Can anyone advise what the issue could be? Happy to provide more info.

You should probably document and send to support. I have had a couple of odd instances where old data on a sheet was not triggering an automation after the more recent releases that added cell change and assign to automation.

Actually the log shows that some cells get updated, thus "duplicated" notice is generated but it is visible that text is the same and even eg my name is logged as the one who changed that, I did not change anything.
