Generate Documents with Docusign-Tracking Status

I have been using Docusign and it is working well except on ONE particular recent glitch. I have reviewed the mapping configuration with docusign and the tracking column worked for the "SENT" notification. However, the document is completed(few days ago) in Docusign and the Tracking Status on the sheet has not updated to "Completed" on the tracking column. I've refreshed etc, but the status remains as "Sent".

This has only occurred recently on two different sheets, any insight as to why the status is not moving from "Sent" to "Completed".
