Sending approvals through email?
I see that Smartsheet has the ability to let someone know they have a task due by sending them an email with the task details. I am wondering if it is possible to subsequently send an email on Due Date +1 to say "you had this task due yesterday, was it completed?" with a Yes or No button for them to click. If they click Yes, then that flows back to the sheet and marks the task complete?
We have great people who are on top of working through their tasks, but they don't always mark them complete. Since Smartsheet isn't their focus, I wanted to help simplify the "marked complete" option for them wherever possible, freeing up our status meeting time for the truly open items.
