Data Shuttle Issues
We have multiple sheets that are updated via an Employee Listing Excel that is housed in Box. With Data Uploader, whenever we had to change our Box password (every 60 days by company policy), we simply went into Data Uploader and re-granted access to each workflow.
With Data Shuttle, when we "grant access" to Box, the option of our source sheet having a header row goes away, which wipes out all the mapping of the workflows. When we go back in, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. We do the same process for one workflow and it will function as expected and with the next workflow, we have to re-do the process 3-4 times before the workflow will flow correctly.
Is this a security setting issue on our end? Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

That doesn't sound like expected behaviour; please reach out to Smartsheet Support with a screen recording of the issue, showing the source data set up and the Data Shuttle workflow configuration. They'll be able to look into this with you one on one through a private channel.
