How do I remove a field in a form where it has not been included in the logic?

I have created a form and multiple questions to answer and then recreate a logic of what needs to be answered for each particular question. When I open the form, a section is included that I have not included in the logic. How do I fix this?

have you set the field as hidden ?

Hi Alex, No I did not. But I think I may have figured it out. I simply needed to include it in the logic I had created so it had an identified place to show up. Thank you for getting back to me on this.
