how would you create smartsheet tables for 1:n requirements e.g. one visitor and n companions

Hi all,

what is your recommendation to build one or more smartsheets for the management of visitors.

Mainly there is one visitor and sometimes with some companions.

As the host I would like to add the visitor by smartsheet forms and although his/her companions, not knowing how much.

The reception desk has a report which shows on a per day base the visitors/companions of today and tomorrow. Visitors/companions will get an email the day before although the host. The reception desk does the check in of the visitors/companions, an email is send to the host and his deputy. (workflow)

Any ideas or best practices? Especially for the 1:n structure?

Is it possible to send an email to all entries of a multi select contact list?

@Andrée Starå I did not start with creating smartsheet tables.

One table should manage a visitor to our company.

How would I add some companions comming with him? Not knowing how much will come.

Build one sheet with visitor (main) and visitor1 .... visitor10?

Or build two sheets, one with the main visitor, the other sheet with the companion visitors.

But how can I add them with a smartsheet form?
