what is your recommendation to build one or more smartsheets for the management of visitors.
Mainly there is one visitor and sometimes with some companions.
As the host I would like to add the visitor by smartsheet forms and although his/her companions, not knowing how much.
The reception desk has a report which shows on a per day base the visitors/companions of today and tomorrow. Visitors/companions will get an email the day before although the host. The reception desk does the check in of the visitors/companions, an email is send to the host and his deputy. (workflow)
Any ideas or best practices? Especially for the 1:n structure?
Is it possible to send an email to all entries of a multi select contact list?
