SmartSheet skips numeric values

Hello! 

I use a sheet that is filled by a form, I noticed that some times when I was trying to use the SUMIF function, some values were omite. I find out, that if I rewrite the value skipped directly in the sheet, the function doesn't skip the value.

Someone knows what cause this problem or what can I do?  

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

What are the values that don't seem to work?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
