If Available date is less than Project End Date - Highlight

Hello! I am trying to setup a rule or conditional formatting to indicate when an availability date is going to need attention.

Example: Consultant Available Date is 11/21/21 but the Max End Date column is showing 3/31/22. How can I highlight that data? Or even if I have to add a column that can be used to indicate something is wrong with that row?

Try something like this.

Add a so-called helper column. You can call it "Date Check" and make it a checkbox type, and in the conditional format rule, color the date cell if checked.

=IF([Available Date]@row < [Max End Date]@row, 1)

Make sense?

Hope you are fine, did you mean you need a rule or health column to notify you when the Consultant Available Date is less than the Max End Date?

I would prefer a rule to highlight the available date cell when the available date is less than the max end date cell. Is that possible?
