Get Attachment Module - Required parameter Attachment ID has not been defined

Hey Bridge community

I have a workflow with Smartsheet integration triggered by Column Value change. Since the user may attach documents to the row, I inserted the Get Attachment module to surface any attachment information. I cannot, however, get the attachment module to execute.

The rest of my workflow, which grabs the Modified By and Modified values, and marks an action Complete based on a Junction condition, works perfectly. Does the Get Attachment module require the trigger of When Attachments are added? Is 'attachmentId' correct in this instance? Is this not a runtime event?
