How to hide Baseline on a pdf
Hi there,
we are using Smartsheet in Gantt-view. When exporting pdfs, I do not want to see any baselines on the printed pdf. But they always occur..
To export:
I de-select the "baselines" button near to the project menu, and de-select the "baseline start" and "baseline finish" hook in the printing presets. So everything related to "baselines" I know is deselected now - they occur on pdf anyway.
How to hide baselines on pdf? Thank you for your input 😊

Thank you for reporting this issue! Our team has identified this as a bug: exporting a gantt sheet to PDF should respect the "Show Baseline in Gantt" feature (whether it's toggled on or off in the app). I don't have an ETA for when this will be fixed, but since you contacted Support we are now aware of the issue and are looking into it.
In the meantime, you could create a copy of your sheet (with "Save as New"), disable Baselines on this copy, export the sheet without any Baseline at all, then delete the duplicate sheet once the export is complete.
Cheers,
Genevieve

Hello @Johannes Leutgeb
I see that you have opened a ticket with Smartsheet Support. At this time, this is the better route to take for your specific question.
Cheers!

I'm able to replicate the behaviour you're describing so I've asked our Support team to take another look and identify if this is a bug or expected behaviour. I'll update this thread once I have more information.
Thank you!

Hello, this still is happening for one of my sheets. Is there a timeline for resolution?
-
it s working now - even on the older sheets! Thanks for solving

Hi! you need so "set back" baselines via "Baselines " button, then save, then "delete" via "Baselines" button, then save again, then you are ready to export without baseline - works fine with my sheets
