Report of free collaborators last access date

Hi.

Does anyone know of a way to get a list or a report of the free collaborators and the date of their last access? I have a Workspace containing a lot of worksheets that has been shared to many free collaborator users. I'd like to see if I can do a clean up of the free users who have been shared to the Workspace but no longer access the sheets.

Has anyone done this? I currently have a Business Account that I administer.

There isn't one direct report you can download in regards to free users accessing a Workspace, but please let our Product Team know that this is something you'd find useful by filling in this form, here!

You could use the Activity Log for a specific sheet instead, filtering by a date range and by the Views action. This will show you who has viewed that specific sheet in the last X days:
