Form field missing when submitted

I have created an application that uses a form to submit a request. The form contains 13 sections and each section has a set of fields that collect specific information. Each section is sent to a different contact. The contact then fulfills the request and responds to the submitter. I have one field in one section of the form that does not show up in the request to the contact. I have seached the community and have not found a similar problem.

Hi Andree,

Our Customer Support Representatives use the application to submit customer change requests to other groups within our organization. The update has 1 or 2 fields that are filled out but the other groups once the update is completed and the automation notifies the Support Rep. I have attached the copy of the request and the copy of the update that would be made. The highlighted field in the request copy does not show up on the update. I have searched through all of my settings and cannot find anything that would prevent it from being on there.
