Shall I send automated email to an outlook email group?

I need to send an email automatically to an outlook email group of my company when some change happen to my smart sheet. Is it possible in smart sheet?

Even I tried it doesn't send email to that email group.

  • Yes you can.

    Open the sheet and top-left is File - Automation - Forms.

    Select Automation and then the type of action, Request and Update, for example.

    Follow the process as to when, why, and who it takes you through. Make sure the group you are sending it to is in your Global Directory and not a personal email list - or use the full smtp address.
