Update Request Workflow

Hello, I have created a multi-request workflow for an intake process, with each approval or reject step another update request will be sent to the next user to do their assessment. When I set up the email I am sending the summary of the previous entries in the email body. My question is can you bold headers for each section in the summary? See attached for the email. It is not visually appealing and can be hard to read when there is a large amount of data.
