Update a column for multiple rows based off user input

Hello,

I am not sure if this is possible without Control Center (and I'm partially expecting folks to respond with Control Center as the answer LOL).

I am wondering if the new workflows that were added recently like the Change Value in a Cell could help do this.. but I currently use Smartsheet to assign calls to a call listening group/auditing group. Right now I have to go into the individual sheets to do the assignments. I'm wondering if it's possible to create a form where I can input the Sheet name, the person to assign the calls to, and the # of calls to assign and then have the individual sheets reference that information and update the assigned column?

I can set it up so it works on one row at a time, but is it possible to have it assign a set # of calls automatically? For instance, I assign 50 calls to Linda.. .. can I somehow make it so sheets know to just assign 50 and not apply it to either a) the whole column or b) only one row.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Here's a possible workaround or workarounds

• Create a master sheet where the form is submitted and then add Workflows for each sheet and set it up, so the row(s) gets copied/moved over to those sheets.

Make sense?
