Problem changing cell value to checked

Hello,

I have a question:

I set an automation for when the value of a cell equals 'Submitted' or 'Resubmitted' and where the value of 5 other cells say 'Approved' a check box should be checked.

The automation setup in my mind is:

When X happens, and meets Y condition, do X

I do not know why, but I am not able to get the box to check even after I meet the criteria of the automation.

Below are the screenshots of how I have it set up. Any thoughts on why this is not 'checking' the box?

I also have more automations that trigger other cell changes, or uncheck the box that work just fine when I manually tick the box.

Hi Andree,

I shared the sheet. There are quite a few automations, the one in question is at the bottom of the list.

I am not sure if using one field in multiple cell change automations is the issue?
