Anson,

This option is configurable in Personal Settings from the cog/gear dropdown in the top left.

What activities require paid membership for external partners?
If external users are sheet/report/workspace owners, are they required to be paid members? We have 5 or 6 partners who have created/own items and I am assuming they have to be paid members if they own items in our account.
