IF Statement Returning #UNPARSEABLE
I am trying to get this formula to work to return Active if the field Work End Date is either blank or is greater than/equal to today, or return Inactive if neither of those statements are true. I'm receiving an #UNPARSEABLE error though and can't figure out why it isn't working.
=IF(OR(ISBLANK([Work End Date]@row), [Work End Date]@row >=TODAY()), "Active", “Inactive”)

=IF(OR([Work End Date]@row >= TODAY(), ISBLANK([Work End Date]@row)), "Active", "Inactive")
