Can Smartsheet schedule and send content in cells as emails?

I'm looking to recreate this but utilizing Smartsheet and I want to know if it is possible?

Not sure I follow.

You can send emails automatically internally or through Microsoft or Goggle's email by using the 3rd party integration, Zapier.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
